Knoff Group Presents: Our Favorite Autumn Activities in the Bozeman Area

Autumn has arrived in Bozeman, and with it comes a tapestry of changing leaves, crisp air, and excitement for colder weather. There is no shortage of activities and events this time of year – Knoff Group Real Estate has assembled an awesome list of some of our favorites below – read on for fun ways to enjoy this golden season.

Amaltheia Organic Dairy features U-Pick flowers and pumpkins from 9am-12pm Sundays and 5pm-8pm Wednesdays. Located off Springhill Road, the farm has been handcrafting organic goat cheeses for over 20 years. At the U-Pick flowers, there’s also a pop-up Farmer’s Market with locally sourced veggies, goat cheese, pork, and goat milk lotion. Catch a Bobcats game! In Bozeman, attending a Montana State University football game is a rite of passage. Football season starts early September and lasts until the end of November, so plenty of time for you to get in the stands. Bozeman Maze, located off East Valley Center Road, is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening. There are also after dark maze experiences. Maze designs are unique each year and there is also a pumpkin patch, PowerJump ride, and a mini-train ride. Typically, the Bozeman Maze runs through the end of September to the end of October. Explore the annual Bridger Raptor Festival, located at the Bridger Bowl ski area. Free to the public, this event features the largest known Golden Eagle migration in the United States. This year – the festival will take place October 7th and 8th. Check it out to enjoy raptor viewing, nature walks, and educational programs. https://bridgerraptorfest.com/

With 6 acres full of fun and excitement, Montana Corn Maze is one of the most authentic fall experiences in the Gallatin Valley. Located in Manhattan, the maze features three different levels of challenges – perfect for adults and kids. Additional activities include disc golf, a wagon ride to and from the maze, corn hole, and more. Local vendors and food trucks will be present – along with a mini pumpkin stand. Located about 10 minutes outside of town, Rocky Creek Farm offers one of the best fall farm visits around. From September 30th through the end of October, visitors can see the animals, take a hay wagon ride, and explore the pumpkin patch. Hours are Fridays 1-5pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, and Sundays 10am-3pm.
