Mystic Heights is located in south Bozeman, off South 3^rd Avenue. The subdivision features large, single-family homes with a variety of architectural styles.

The Mystic Heights subdivision is broken down into three sections. Mystic Heights 1 is essentially everything to the east of South 3^rd and has access to a community lake. Additionally, it is on its own water system.  Mystic Heights 2 & 3 are west of South 3^rd and do not have lake access.

Mystic Heights sits at the base of the Gallatin Range, offering beautiful views. It’s close to Forest Service land and trails such as Kirk Hill. It’s also a short drive to Hyalite Canyon as well as Downtown Bozeman.
