Start off with one of their signature mimosas to quench your thirst and then peruse their abundant menu full of traditional American food including biscuits and gravy, various sandwiches, burgers, salads, you name it. #5 – Maven’s Market has a super delicious array of brunch items – breakfast, lunch, coffee, gelato, even a market with a selection of world class cheeses, pasta from Italy, jams and jellies, cured meats. Maven’s has some of the best ‘eggwiches’ and avocado toast around. We recommend the Green Eggs and Ham (fried egg, ham, Gruyere cheese, smashed avocado, spinach and mustard aioli on local sourdough bread) or the Tomocado (smashed avocado, fresh tomato and seed seasoning on sourdough bread).

If you aren’t feeling a salad bowl, they also have amazing gluten free breakfast tacos and various parfaits. It’s nearly impossible not to walk out of Farmacy feeling rejuvenated and ready to start the day.

#3 – Walking into the Western Café in downtown Bozeman is like traveling back in time – classic swivel diner stools line the counter, the day’s pie special displayed in the cooler. They are known for their simple dishes, such as their fried steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy and their not to miss “Bobcat” french toast. The location has been a food establishment since the 1940s – if you want authentic food in a place that lives and breathes Montana, the Western Cafe is your place to be.

They’re open everyday from 7:30am to 2pm and their menu focuses on Montana ingredients when possible. Their  breakfast sandwiches, keto muffins and house-made granola are not to be missed. For lunch pick from a big selection of sandwiches, salads and wraps. And – of course – rosé all day!
