Wandering around summertime farmers’ markets is hard to beat – there is nothing better than stocking up on fresh produce, checking out crafts and art and listening to live music on a summer evening. Below is a list of our favorite farmers’ markets in the greater Bozeman area.

Bozeman farmers market

Bozeman Farmers’ Market – every Tuesday 5:00pm-8:00 pm (June 15th – September 7th)

The downtown Bozeman Farmers’ Market takes place in beautiful Lindley Park every Tuesday. The market prides itself on promoting local growers, artisans, crafters, nonprofits and small businesses. Gallatin Valley farmers market

Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market – every Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (June 19th – September 11th)

The Gallatin Valley Farmers’ Market is located at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds inside the Haynes Pavilion. This is one of the oldest farmers’ markets in our area, happening since 1974. You’ll find a ton of local vendors selling homemade food, handmade crafts and locally grown produce.

Belgrade Community Market – every Thursday 4:00pm-7:00pm (July 1st – September 2nd)

For the 5th year in a row, the Belgrade Community market has taken place Thursdays during the heart of the summer. Located in Lewis and Clark Park in downtown Belgrade, the market provides a venue for families and friends to support food and craft vendors.

Manhattan Farmers’ Market – every Wednesday 4:00pm-7:00pm (June 23rd – September 15th)

The Manhattan Farmers’ Market is located at Railroad Park in downtown Manhattan. This market provides the finest veggies, hand crafted gifts and home baked goods throughout all of Montana. To participate in the market, vendors must either “make it, bake it or grow it.”

livingston farmers market

Livingston Farmers’ Market – every Wednesday 4:30-7:30 pm (June 2nd – September 15th)

Located at Miles Band Shell Park, the Livingston Farmers’ Market offers the freshest produce along with food vendors, local craft beer, baked goods and more. The market has a fun community atmosphere with live music. Big Sky Farmers’ Market – every Wednesday 5:00pm-8:00pm (June 2nd – August 25th)

The Big Sky Farmers’ Market is held at Town Center, running from the fire pit, downtown Center Avenue and into the Town Center Plaza by the Wilson Hotel. The market features over 100 vendors with products ranging from veggies, herbs, baked goods, woodworking, antler art, fine jewelry and more.
