Knoff Group Presents: An Update on New Construction Apartments in the Gallatin Valley

19th and Graf is a brand new community of 457 apartments located off S 19th. Floor plans range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartments with a range of amenities. Millhouse is a multi-family apartment development located between Norton Ranch and the future Urban Farm agrihood mixed-use community. Between Millhouse East and West – there are 36 units and 75 parking spaces. Millhouse East has 18 units – all two bed, two bath that average 1,000 square feet. Each apartment has a patio or deck and parcel lockers for residents’ convenience.

In total, Nexus Point will feature 250 modern luxury apartments off S 19th. Phase 1 includes 120 units of two-bed floor plans and 620 parking spaces. Each unit includes one carport parking space. The Oxbow is an 11-acre development on the east side of South Cottonwood. The development features 268 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The garden-style complex features spacious patios, private ground-level garages, and plenty of parking spaces. Amenities range from a fitness center, a clubroom lounge, and an indoor golf simulator.

Penrose Apartments are located in downtown Bozeman. The development consists of 60 one- and two-bedroom apartments with floorplans ranging from 780 square feet – 1,340 square feet. Ground-floor residences include a walk-out patio while second- and third-floor residences feature an oversized balcony. Amenities include a residence lounge, outdoor area with grills, co-working space, and on-site parking.

Southbridge Living is a row house development. It features two two-plexes and two four-plexes with three-bedroom floor plans. Each unit has a detached garage. Additionally, there are 27 parking spaces for guests.

Summit and Sky Apartments are currently building Phase Two. Located in Four Corners off Baxter Lane, the complex features one-, two, and three-bedrooms. The building is also pet friendly with a fenced community dog park.

In Belgrade  

Altitude Apartments is Belgrade’s newest apartment community in Bridger Heights – eight miles outside of Bozeman. There are three different floorplans – Alpine, Avalanche, and Powder Top. Configurations range from a two bedroom, two bath to a three bedroom, two bath. Onsite amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, and covered carports for select units.

Belgrade

Workforce Housing – Charter Realty is redeveloping a former gravel pit into a more than 50-acre use site in the Yellowstone Airport Plaza. Tentative plans include hotels, a movie theater, and workforce housing.  

The 15-acre workforce development will have two phases. Phase 1 features four apartment complexes – totaling 170 units with 440 beds. Units will range from one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. There will be three amenity buildings – including a fitness center, pool, dog park, and co-working lounge. Phase 2 will have about 280 apartments and 880 beds.

Bozeman 

Autumn Grove Condos are in the process of being built. Five three-plexes and eight-four-plexes are going up on roughly five-acres. When complete, the project will feature 47 three-bedroom apartments with a total of 205 park spaces.

Blackwood Groves Subdivision is out of the ground. When finished – the subdivision will consist of 180+ single-family homes, 22 lots for townhomes, and 15 multi-family lots.  

The Estates will feature 23 homesites, ranging from 5,500 to 12,000 square feet. The Porches will feature 27 homes – ranging from 1,990 to 2,790 square feet. The Bungalows will offer 3- and 4-bedroom floorplans from 1,654 to 2,727 square feet. The Estates, Porches, and Bungalows are all for sale. The Cottages are 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floorplans from 690 to 1,240 square feet. These units are available for rent. Additionally, Village Square will be a gathering place for Blackwood Groves residents.

Boulder Creek Apartments Phase 1 will feature 42-two bedroom units spread out between three buildings. Phase 2 will feature 48 residential units. The multi-unit residential development will be built on 2.52 acres with a total of 124 parking spaces.

Bozeman Gateway development is out of the ground off W Garfield and Harmon Stream. When complete – there will be 231 units between four buildings. Included will be six studios, 115 one-bedroom units, 99 two-bedroom units, and nine three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a pool, BBQ space, pet area, and 412 off-street parking spaces.

Bozeman West Apartments is located off N 25th Avenue, just minutes from S 19th. When complete, the project will feature 216 residential apartment units split across six buildings. The site will include a clubhouse, open space, and parking.

The Freestone will be bespoke residences in downtown Bozeman. The 6-story multi-housing building will include 121 apartments and 900 square feet of retail space. Northwest Crossing Development is currently being built and will have 336 multi-family units when complete. Phase 1 – the Icon Apartments at Northwest Crossing will be multi-family luxury units expected to begin leasing Spring of 2024. Phase 1 will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.  

Phase 2 will be a master-planned environment by Williams Homes. This phase will feature five different new home collections and will be designed for a mix of easy urban energy and relaxed outdoor vibes.  

Phase 3a is located on the west side of Baxter Creek. A single family Build for Rent (BFR) community is planned at the south end of 3a.  

Phase 3b is currently available for sale and is designed for 134 residential lots.

North 3rd Apartments will be an affordable housing development – located off North Third Avenue and West Peach Street. The project will include seven residential buildings with a total of 216 units. One 11 Lofts 2.0 are currently going up. They’re located directly north of the existing five-story One 11 building on Lamme St in downtown Bozeman. This upcoming addition to the North Central Development project will be a six-story multi-family residential apartment building. It will include 67 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units available for lease. Amenities will include a communal courtyard as well as garage parking.

University Crossing is going up off S 19th and Kagy. When complete, this multi-family project will have 59 dwelling units – spread across two mixed-use buildings. Four Corners 

A 73-acre development is underway on Baxter Lane. The “purpose built rental home community” will feature 31 residential fourplexes – housing a total of 124 units. Each fourplex building will have 4,770 square feet of livable space spread between 12 rooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Rentals will consist of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. The BG Mill Project is located in downtown Bozeman behind Montana Ale Works.

S&S Davis Apartments is a project off Davis Ln – near Cattail Creek subdivision. The project is planned as a multi-family mixed use apartment complex. When finished – it will feature five multi-story buildings with 300 apartments and 10,315 square feet of commercial space.

While not out of the ground yet – Six Range Condominiums will be located off of W Babcock and S Ferguson.
