Located in northwest Bozeman, the 137-acre Flanders Mill subdivision is a master-planned neighborhood featuring ready-to-build, custom-home lots. When finished, the subdivision will have 272 single-family homes and 195 multi-family homes. While the homes all have different architectural designs, each home will have a welcoming front porch for an added focal point. With wide streets, roundabouts and landscaped center medians, this subdivision values both safety and aesthetics.

Additionally, Flanders Mill features 36 acres of parklands, common space, and stream corridors with pavilions, picnic tables and playgrounds throughout. The two connected ponds that total over three acres are perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking and all other summer activities. The subdivision runs adjacent to the Gallatin County Regional Park and also runs through the Gallatin Valley Land Trust trail system. Furthermore, Flanders Mill will be home to a future 80-acre sports complex. The subdivision is also located near many amenities and downtown Bozeman.
