The market statistics keep strengthening, even into the final quarter of 2014. It looks to be a banner year for most areas of the valley. Some huge appreciation numbers YTD being posted in Big Sky and Belgrade. However, Manhattan and Three Forks median prices are off a bit. But their median list to sales price percentages still indicate a very strong market.
