The Prescott Ranch subdivision is located minutes from downtown Belgrade off of Jackrabbit Lane. It’s a master-planned community with over 600 single-family and multi-family homes. There are three home styles to choose from, each with their own features: the Morgan series, the Appaloosa series, and the Lusitano series. When the development is finished, there will be five parks with open space and recreational trails throughout.

The subdivision is located within city limits and is therefore on Belgrade city and sewer services.
