The Loyal Garden Subdivision is located in northwest Bozeman, directly off of South Cottonwood Road. The 78-acre neighborhood features 148 single-family homesites with classic architectural design and larger lot sizes.

Loyal Garden has a creek running through the open space, and recreational trails throughout. There is also a playground with more open space on the south end of the subdivision. Loyal Garden is also near various shops and restaurants, such as the Market at Ferguson Farm and is right next to the Bozeman Health Cottonwood Clinic + Surgery Center.
