As we approach the end of 2013, the data trickling in is showing that this was quite the year for real estate in Southwest Montana.  Official data through November 30 shows we’re on track for setting records in many areas for appreciation and number of units sold.

Bozeman:
Median Sales Prices Single Family homes in bozeman have climbed 9.5% this year over 2012.  Condo/Townhome Median Sales Prices have climbed 13.3% this year over 2012.

Belgrade:
Median Sales Prices Single Family homes in Belgrade have climbed a whopping 11.4% this year.  Condo/Townhome Median Sales Prices have climbed 29.4%.

Big Sky:
Median Sales Prices Single Family homes in Big Sky have fallen 34% this year.  The good news here is that many distressed properties are moving off the market. Condo/Townhome Median Sales Prices have climbed a whopping 27.5% and the number of units sold is up 46%.
