Marcie did an excellent job helping us find and buy the right second home for us in Bozeman. She was very professional from start to finish. She quickly understood what type of property we wanted and didn't waste her time or ours showing us inappropriate properties. Once we found the right one, she was awesome in helping us make the offer and all follow-ups with the seller, especially since we didn't know the ins and outs of the real estate market in Bozeman. Once the offer was negotiated and accepted, she held our hand through all of the contingency settlements, giving us the timeline for all steps to the completion, and following up to ensure that we did our part (getting insurance, making the deposit, having financing in place, working with the HOA, etc.), even when she was far away on the signing date. We would use her again.

I can’t imagine having a better experience working with an agent to purchase a home. Marcie was always prepared and had all the information possible for homes we were touring. She was always early and ready which made the process seamless. When we were ready to put an offer in she had it drawn up right away and offered great advice on what might be best to include in order to have our offer accepted in a competitive market. Marcie has great recommendations for home inspectors and was very meticulous in following up with inspection objections to make sure repairs were made and verified. She was extremely responsive and there to help with any questions or concerns all the way through our closing appointment.
